3.15.2009     48,907 – active listings;     12,379 – under contract

3.22.2009     48,665 – active listings;     12,900 – under contract

3.29.2009     47,466 – active listings;     13,647 – under contract

March 2009 –  Closings to Date  - 6,300+

Feb 2009  -  total Closed – 5,449   

Jan 2009  - total Closed – 4,703

We are seeing a decrease in our supply and an increase in our demand, as with anything, supply and demand is the driving force behind pricing.   Good indicators that quite possibly we are on our way up!
