Got a call from a buyer in Canada the other day. The first thing she said was ” I heard that Az home prices are down 30%! Can that be true”? I assured her it was in certain areas. She was excited about that and I have a buyer I am searching for. Yes, prices are down 30% and more in certain areas. This lady heard the news on the radio and was moved to take action on it.
