I have a contigency offer, will the bank accept it?

Are you a buyer and looking at bank owned homes?  Do you want to by a bank owned property, but need to sell your house first?

I have run into a lot of bank owned properties not accepting any offers with contingencies.  It would be like finding a needle in a haystack to find a bank owned property that will accept a contract where the buyer has to sell their home.

Banks are always looking for highest and best.  Once they see a contract that is contingent upon the buyer selling a home, they will pass it up right away even if your offer is higher then another.  Selling homes right now is harder then ever and they know that there is a possibility that the offer can fall through.
