As of today, June 4, 2009, our MLS system is showing the following:
34,189 listings with an ACTIVE status
13,231 properties UNDER CONTRACT/PENDING just waiting to close
21 homes have closed JUST TODAY
784 have closed in the past 4 DAYS
9,325 properties closed in the month of May
I can almost GUARANTEE that the home you’ve been patiently watching…waiting to see the price drop…has or will have multiple offers on it before you can pick up the phone to call me. I’ve been experiencing multiple offers not only in the 150K and down range, but ALL THE WAY UP TO THE $350,000 range.
If you are reading this…STOP!!! This turnaround that everyone thought would fizzle out is proving to stay strong and even IMPROVE upon itself month after month! I say again, STOP READING and START BUYING! The best deals NEVER last, ESPECIALLY in this type of market.
