Why live in an apartment complex when you can rent a home for the same price?
Instead of renting an apartment, where the complex might give you a covered parking space or even better yet……you can pay more rent for a one car garage. YIPPPEEE~~~ Oh wait, I think I have the best one, you can hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing…..Sometimes I just don’t want to know what is going on upstairs~!~!
Instead of going through those horror stories, you should rent a home! Right now there are thousands of homes for rent in the valley why not rent a home with your own pool, 2 car garage, backyard and much more. Renting a house now can even end up as a purchase in the future.

Renting is a good choice if you're on a trip to a foreign country or to a greater distance and you hate driving all the way there. I believe (although prices are fluctuating) that you shouldn't need that much money to rent a car or masini de inchiriat but it really depends on what you want to drive. You can't rent a mercedes for 20 $ a day that's for sure but i don't get people who are renting a car for 6 months when they can buy it :))
