A Clean Home…Sells Faster & For More $$

It’s true. In todays market especially. I have been showing short sales and foreclosures to a young military couple. When it’s as hot as it has been and there is no a/c, a home that has not been cleaned is a home that we don’t stay in. She cannot look past the filth to see the floorplan. Sometimes they smell so bad, you can’t get past the front door.  We have been in homes that may have been considered, if not for the debris or filth.  As a listing agent, I would lobby the seller for it. 

I just happen to own a cleaning company. We have been cleaning homes in Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and even Queen Creek. Toadally Clean started cleaning in the West Valley in 2001.  We have since grown to include the East Valley. I have the same employees I started with over 8yrs ago. I pay them well and expect their best.  We specialize in deep cleans, but also offer monthly, weekly &  bi-weekly maid- type cleaning.
