So you want to buy a short sale/foreclosure

I will just list a couple things that you better know.

Did you know that a short sale could take up to 8 months to close?

Did you know that a foreclosures and short sales are sold “as is”?

Did you know that in a foreclosure all appliances are missing in most homes?

Did you know that a “CASH” deal means you have cash in the bank and not waiting on a line of credit on a property you are going to sell?

Did you know that you must have an LSR (loan status report) to submit an offer in Arizona?

Did you know that after you submit your offer to the seller on a short sale, it is then sent to the bank for approval?  The bank could accept your offer or deny it at that time.
