Extension to the tax Credit

We got it ladies and gentlemen, the tax credit extension. If you were in an executed contract prior to April 30th and you have a closing that is pending, you will still get the tax credit if you close by September 30, 2010. Great news, now only if those short sales will close so you can get your tax credit money.
