Fountain Hills, AZ Saint Patrick’s Day in the Fountain Park

Fountain Hills, AZ Saint Patrick’s Day in the Fountain Park!

Fountain Hills, AZ goes green for St. Patrick’s Day! Seeing how my middle name is Patrick, I’m all in. Including green shirt, beer and corn beef. We started at noon today by turning The World’s Highest Fountain green. I probably need to google and see if we still are The World’s tallest Fountain or if some one passed us by.

I’m darn sure we have The World’s tallest Fountain that’s green and here’s the picture to prove it!

So how does Fountain Hills celebrate St. Patrick’s Day be sides turning the Fountain green?

Celtic music, Irish food, family fun, corned beef and cabbage, soda bread and my personal favorite, GREEN BEER. We also offer green wine for you wine connoisseurs.

For the traditionalist we do turn the Fountain Green again at noon on the 17th as well. I’m going to do my best to get the story of how this all came about and the legend of Nessi that was spotted midnight St. Patty’s Day eve showering in the warmth of The World’s Tallest Fountain in downtown Fountain Hills. Many a year ago and the band of Hooligans escapades.

Over and out Hooligan Grid is out for GREEN BEER.
