Moving to Phoenix is Hot Says Truck Rental Company
Moving to Phoenix is Hot Says Truck Rental Company:
What is hot in Phoenix? The weather is, that’s for sure. It’s been a hot summer, but really had not been too bad as the summer temperatures have hovered around 100 – 105 as a high this year. I sure can’t complain. We are still able to continue with our outdoor activities as long as we replenish with cold water.
Yes it’s hot, but do know what else is hot? Moving to Phoenix is hot according to one truck rental company. Penske Truck Rental came up with own list indicating Phoenix is the second hottest area for people to flock to. We came in second just behind fast growing Atlanta, Georgia. According to Don Mikes, vice president of the rental division of Penske, he indicated that more an more people in the United States are continuing to migrating to warm climate areas.
The midwest and the northeastern seaboard did not rank very well. As wonderful these communities are in the likes of Columbus, Cleveland, New York City, and Pittsburgh, only Chicago was ranked in the top 10. Actually they were ranked in the top 5, at the fifth spot.
As hot as Phoenix is in the summer and as a community for the cold climate folks to move to, there are so many things Phoenix, Scottsdale, and everywhere throughout the valley have to offer. Plenty of fine dining, shopping, recreation, and real estate, considering its low current low inventory are everywhere. Let me be the first in welcoming you to Phoenix and finding you real estate to suit your needs!
