Over the past year and a half, I had the honor to conduct open houses with Lennar in the Stetson Valley area. This past weekend they had their grand opening open house at their model home, and had a chance to stop by to see what they have on inventory. More homes are going up and have been recently built, and they are awaiting for its owners.
