Originally from Vancouver British Columbia David moved to Arizona in 1997 for the sunshine and the incredible desert landscape and southwest architecture. While working in IT at Fender Musical Instruments in Scottsdale David spent his off time doing successful real estate investing in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. After which he decided to conitunue to pursue his passion in real estate by becoming a licensed agent.

He has focused on the luxury and golf home market segments in the Greater Metro Phoenix area.
