Located in the Sonoran Desert, this Del Webb community is one of Arizona’s best. With mountain views and incredible desert sunsets this is the place you have in mind when you think of moving to Arizona. Especially this time of year! It’s 72 degrees right now! The Legacy Golf Resort Communities

There are 3 gated communites within the The Legacy Golf Resort known as Cachet at The Legacy, Fairways at The Legacy and Encanto at The Legacy. They are well manicured and maintained and are tucked away between 24th and 32nd street, just north of Baseline Road and South Mountain with views of the those same mountains and downtown Phoenix. Currently Cachet at The Legacy has 9 active listings that range from 1,306-1,795 square feet, with pricing from $199-$330K (average $152 per square foot), but closings are averaging $123 psf, down from 2007 ($167) and 2008 ($161). Fairways at The Legacy currently has 8 active listings that range from 1,548-2,548 sf, with pricing from $195-$329K (average $129 psf), closings averaging $121 psf and down from 2007 ($173) and 2008 ($154). Encanto at The Legacy with units from 1,268-1,841 sf, had one 1,268 sf property listed at $144K ($114 psf) that is now pending. In 2007, they averaged $176 psf while 2008 was $165. These prices are spectacular and you may not have a chance to get these deals again. The golf course is beautiful and rates are currently very reasonable!
