I showed some homes in Tramonto the other day, a new community for me, and I was genuinely pleased at the homes in the neighborhood. Tramonto is located in the north end of the Valley and is off the Carefree Highway just east of the I-17. Tramonto has approximately 65 homes in the subdivision that were constructed between 2002-2004. There is a mixture of single and double story homes. Ammennities within this Phoenix neighborhood include 2 community pools, spa, hiking trails, park, volleyball, basketball and tennis. Many homes have spectacular mountain and city light views.
